Other things to note - Weekly cleaning included. - Tourist tax: The municipality of Viana do Castelo has implemented a tourist tax for overnight stays in the region. The tax (to be charged on arrival) is €1.50 in high season (1st May and 31st October)and €1 in low season (1st November and 30th April) - per person over 16 and per night (up to a maximum of 5 nights).
