Our luxury detached vacation home is located near Durbuy in the Ardennes on a hill with spacious views from the living room. Ideal for a family weekend or vacation because of the 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fitness, sauna, BBQ and spacious fenced garden of 2000 m2. Lots of privacy. Beautiful area, charming towns and villages, terraces, shops and Adventure Valley nearby. Warm bakery within walking distance. Beautiful walks in hilly surroundings, along natural rivers and with various views The space The house has 5 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate showers (1 with sink), 3 toilets, a large veranda with tennis table and football game, a spacious hall with coat racks and shoe racks, and a separate gym with power bank, treadmill and bicycle, 4-person IR sauna and an extra massage shower. In the bedrooms there are 4 double and 4 single beds (no bunk beds). All beds have 1-person mattresses and duvets. There are also 1 fixed cot, 2 camping cots and 2 high chairs. In the dining area there are 3 dining tables of 80x120 cm that can be grouped in different ways, so that there is room for 12 people. There is central heating in all rooms and a wood burning stove which you can also use as a fireplace. Parking lots for 6 cars on site at the house. Guest access You rent the entire house with a fenced garden of 2000 m2, in which 2 terraces with barbecue and children's cottage with slide and sandpit. And from there, but also from the living room and the terrace you have beautiful views over the hills and the village below.
