We accept bookings for up to 12 adults (20 total including children for family groups.). We welcome groups that agree to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct (reg no STRA00016/18). Set on a large double block, this property is ideal for extended families, 3 or 4 separate family groups, or groups of friends, and is also extremely popular with corporate groups. Fully appointed kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine set up to cater for many. Separate laundry for those staying longer. There is plenty to do without even leaving this property: Located in a quiet residential area Wide expanses of lawn for backyard cricket or hide-and-seek. A half-size tennis court and basketball hoop for the active. A covered BBQ area and gazebo for outdoor entertaining when you don't feel like running around. Inside there is also plenty to keep your group happy: LCD TVs Netflix/STAN/Disney+ Separate games room/den with pool table / lounge suite / TV with Netflix/STAN/Disney+ 400m to Bay beach 1km to Sorrento village - definitely the place to be seen - shops / cafes / fine dining Ample parking An early check in and late check out is offered when possible. Doonas with covers, blankets and pillows are provided as part of the tariff. Linen/sheets/towels are provided as part of the tariff. We do not provide beach towels, however. There are also a portacot and a cot mattress available at the house. Guest access The entire property is available for guest use. Other things to note The Mornington Peninsula is a popular holiday destination. Bear in mind that major access roads like Peninsula Freeway (M11) and Point Nepean Rd / Nepean Highway (C110) can see heavy traffic during peak times. Parking in Sorrento Village can be difficult during Summer Holidays (December/January). Spacious Family Retreat in Sorrento is easy walking distance to the main shopping street of Sorrento. Note that for security reasons CCTV is installed at this property.
