Great newly refurbished 1 bedroom flat in Notting Hill. 3rd floor south facing, walk up with no lift. Sunny with 2 large windows. Everything you need is there! Brand new shower, open plan kitchen with all appliances. Separate bedroom nook with double bed (140 cm wide). There is a sofa bed in the living room as well. Small bedroom with 140 cm wide bed which is standard double. Large window in the bedroom. Open plan space with sofa bed (small 120 cm wide), kitchen with breakfast bar with 4 stools. Living room with with TV (virgin channels), DVD player, selection of DVD's, books. Kitchen is open plan fully fitted fridge/freezer, wine fridge, electric hob, oven and microwave. Bathroom with spacious rain shower and all toiletries you need and more. Wonderful place to stay with all mod cons available. free wifi pls note there is no lift in the building. there is a beautiful private communal garden. We can recommend restaurants, bars, shopping, local attractions etc. Portobello Road is just 2 streets away! Notting Hill Gate, Ladbroke Grove, Holland Park tube stations all within 10 mins walk. Plenty of buses heading every directions. Westfield shopping centre within 7 mins bus ride or 15 mins walk. Hyde park/Holland park both within 12 mins walk, ideal! Tea, coffee provided along with all the cupboard stuff you need to cook with. Towels, bedlinen,tea towels provided. Cleaning is £60 per stay, mid stay cleaning also available. pls note the flat is located in central London so a standard level of noise should be expected. check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. early check-in and late check-out possible subject to availability and extra fee. Pls remove your shoes when entering apartment, our lovely wooden floors can be noisy for the neighbours below. At the end of your stay, please tidy up. Above all else, we just ask you to be respectful :-) thank you! pls be careful in the communal stairs, they can be steep and narrow, pls try to avoid any damage to the walls when bringing luggage upstairs. thank you very much! Even though the flat sleeps 3 pls bear in mind that it is 30 sqm large. Although the hot water cylinder can cope with 3 showers we are talking about 3 fast showers otherwise pls spread the showers throughout the day for more comfort and give the boiler a chance to reheat more water.
