Gold Cup Twin Breakfast 5 min walk from racecourse

Great location for the races and town centre. This is a bright and cosy twin or super-king room, depending on your preference, with views of our garden and the festival balloon! The room is in a large detached house only 10 mins walk to the racecourse. Off road parking on driveway. It is a pleasant 10-15 min walk to the town centre. We are listing 3 of our 5 bedrooms for the races this year so you may meet other guests at the large dining table in the morning over breakfast. The space The beds have comfortable Hypnos mattresses which can be zipped together to provide a super-king bed if preferred. Chest of drawers and hanging facilities for clothes. TV in the room along with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. The bathroom has a deep bath with a shower over and is just next door - it will be shared with a maximum of 2 other guests should we get a booking for our 3rd bedroom. A further shared cloakroom is available downstairs. Toiletries and towels provided. In the morning we will serve you a hearty breakfast in our dining room to set you up for the races! The kitchen is not shared - there are lots of places to eat at the racecourse and in town. We have a very friendly dog who tends to get a bit excited with visitors so will be kept in a separate part of the house during your stay.
