Menhay is a converted old milking parlour once part of a working farm converted in 2007. Originally purchased as a holiday home to escape the hustle and bustle of London, but due to being rarely used by the owners, they have decided to rent out this little piece of heaven for others to enjoy. The space With a fully equipped kitchen to prepare and enjoy alfresco style meals during the summer evenings in the external courtyard (where there is also a portable bbq) and the oil fuelled burner in the open plan lounge, to keep you cosy on those chilly winter nights, this cottage really does have the wow factor. The cottage is available for private and sole use by guests. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic break and families looking to holiday at the seaside. Guest access Full access to all rooms in cottage Other things to note Accommodation arrangements: A couple: Use the master bedroom upstairs with en-suite bath/toilet with the main shower (with sink with sink & toilet) situated downstairs. Children: up to two children can stay using the sofa bed together situated in the lounge and having their own toilet and shower access. Three adults: extra bedding provided for the third adult or grand parent or teenage child on the sofa bed, which can be made up in the evening after dinner. Pets: Your extended family is welcome, please kindly use the kitchen area for their bedroom. Eating outside: there are four seats and a table outside to eat and dine under the umbrella, you can use the bbq, or make a nice meal in the kitchen with lots of space in the fridge and freezer both under counter to prepare nice meals for your stay. Return visits: discounts available for return visits of up to 10% depending on the duration of stay.
