The interior ambiance is that of "Retro"......very old fashioned. I CANNOT HAVE PETS. I have " inflatable water chaises" to relax on, in the water. No Noise or entertaining is allowed. Fires possible on beach.. if wind is "off-shore" away from houses. Fire dept. has been called in past fines paid etc. Patio is pretty much enclosed for "personal music listening", reading, & Dining. Umbrellas shade the garden patio as well as my huge mape tree, quite the lovely spot!! The space Beautiful English Cottage style home in desirable Cedar Island location steps away from warm sandy bottom beach on Lake Erie. Full 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with charming enclosed garden. Public park and marina around the corner, close to bakery, fresh produce stands and located on Erie Shores winery route. Guest access Access is to full home and garden excluding garage. Parking is located on the street. Refrain from bringing pets. Allergies are brutal. Thanx. Other things to note There are 4 beaches beside the water for you to choose from, wonderful fun🏖⛱ Also a public golf course having mature lofty trees, a beautiful course! Check out the gracious dining room, and sports bar.
