The Motta Lodge is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and makes every heart beat faster with the unforgettable view of the mountain panorama. Your mountain experience starts with us in the Brandnertal almost on the doorstep! The space The Motta Lodge is a cozy attic apartment in the holiday home La Montanara and offers all the comfort for a relaxing vacation on about 80 m². The spacious balcony with stunning mountain views invites you to relax and offers ample space for all ages. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house, which leads through the village. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the balcony as well as a sleeping alcove on the gallery with a double bed and a single bed – ideal for families or smaller groups. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The bright eat-in kitchen is well equipped and offers an induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. The cozy dining area can accommodate up to five people and invites you to linger after an eventful day in the mountains. Linens and towels are included in the price and can be changed once during the stay if desired. For families, a crib, high chair or fall protection are available on request. In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine. The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture that invites you to relax in the sun. The apartment has a free underground parking space available on arrival. We offer fresh yogurt and cheese from our own dairy. Fresh milk is available daily free of charge from our farm on request. The central yet quiet location of the Motta Lodge in Brand makes it the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Within walking distance you can reach the swimming lake, tennis courts, a bakery, restaurants, the tourist office, the golf course, the mountain railway, the riding stable, playgrounds and a Kneipp facility.
