In order to facilitate your stay, we would like to bring to your attention the following: 1. Floor: Kindly note that the floor is made of pure wood. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to keep the balcony doors closed when it is raining as it needs to be protected from the water. 2. Faucets: When you leave the apartment, please make sure that all faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen are switched off. 3. Hot Water: Hot water is always available. All you need to do is turn far left the faucet and switch it on. In 20 seconds, hot water will be running. 4. Iron: The iron is placed in the closet. Please remember always to unplug it before you leave the apartment. 5. Hair strainer: In case you bring your own hair strainer, please DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG IT. 6. Smoking: smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the apartment. Since 01/01/2024 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 0.5€ / day for November to March and 1.5€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.
