Welcome to our charming Finca! The Finca has 5 bedrooms, a new kitchen and living room with a cosy fireplace. The garden is 1300 sqm and has palm trees, cactusses, shaded areas and a beautiful large pool with a sunbathing area. It is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach (only a 6 min drive). Lots of love and creativity is put into our house, it feels like a little piece of paradise, close to the city centre of Conil. The finca is somewhat hidden at the very end of a small road, nestled between meadows, orchards, and other houses belonging to mostly Spanish families. Therefore, there are no passing cars. The finca's grounds are completely walled and can be closed with a large gate. This provides almost complete privacy. The size of the garden and its vegetation make it possible to find sunny and shady spots at any time of day. From Finca Las Rosalindas, you have a wonderful view of the fields on the opposite hills. And at the large pool you can fully relax and lounge. The pool is not fenced, so take care of your little ones. The house itself opens directly into the living room with dining area. This leads to a new installed kitchen and another small dining area. Two of the bedrooms are located in the front of the house, and the other three are located in the back. This has the advantage of providing quiet retreats. Good to know is that one of the back bedrooms only has an inward-facing windows. All bedrooms have ventilators, air condition and mosquito- and sun-shutters to make sure you can air the rooms and keep heat out during the summer. We always keep toys for the children in the living room closet. The house has a personal touch as we put lots of effort in creative and lively furniture. The roof terrace, storage room, and shed are private and not available to guests. Other things to note The entire garden is watered automatically. This happens at night. The patio remains untouched. A gardener comes weekly to maintain the garden. The pool is also connected to an automatic pump system, so you don't have to worry about that. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly. Check-in and check-out times are important and relevant for same-day changeovers.
