Cosy apartment in terraced houses

Anzio Cincinnato, by the sea (approximately 800mt), two-floor cool pad in a complex of terraced houses, close to the Natural Reserve of Tor Caldara. The space You have an entire 2 bedroom flat at your disposal with its own private entrance from the garden. The kitchen is on the ground floor, as well as an under-stair closet, that also works as wc and laundry. An external staircase leads to the terrace on the first floor and to the bedrooms. The main room has a double bed and the second room has 2 twin beds and a French sofa bed, sleeping 3-4 singles (3 adults or 4 children). Another French sofa bed is in the kitchen so the flat can accommodate 6 adults in total without compromise. We also have a travel cot available if you need one, and a high chair. A private parking space is available inside the residence, close to the apartment entrance. We have ceiling fans and convector heaters in all rooms, so this is a cosy retreat all year round. We have mobile wi-fi. Guest access In the residence there is a nice equipped private open air swimming pool. Access to the pool is restricted to shareholders. Relatives and their guests can access the swimming pool paying a 50-Euro-lump-sum season fee. Should you be interested in the pool as well, please let me know in advance. Children under the age of 10 have free access to the pool. A bar is among the facilities of the swimming pool. Other things to note The minimum stay is 1 week, 2 weeks in the high season (typically, July and August). We ask you to check in/out on Saturdays or Sundays. Though the beach is not far (a few minutes' walk), we strongly advice the use of a car, to be able to reach the commercial areas as well. Close to the residence there are a couple of bars and 2 mini markets (one of which allows to order cooked food as well). In front of the access to the Natural Reserve of Tor Caldara (10 minutes on foot) there's another (excellent) bar. Better supplied shops a a bit farther (about 1 mile the closest ones). Anzio and Nettuno town centres can easily be reach with a 10-15 minutes' drive. Starting from Jan 2019, the Municipality of Anzio has introduced a city tax on rented apartments as well.
