Fantastic terrace in the beautiful town of Padulella, 100 meters from the sea and less than 2 km from the historic Portoferraio. It is accessed from the back, with a large and shaded pavement perfect for outdoor dining. The entrance is in front of the kitchen; the ground floor is completed by a bathroom and a first bedroom. The marvel of the house is, however, the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bright double bedrooms, the second bathroom and a fabulous terrace of about 50m overlooking the sea. The space The outdoor space is a perfect peaceful corner where you can relax in the cool after lunch, read a book covered by the surrounding greenery, or rest. In the evening, however, it is a very comfortable place where you can have a barbecue in peace or an outdoor dinner.
