The house is conveniently located, just 1.5km to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University, St John Of God Murdoch Hospital, and The Wexford Medical Centre. It is close to Jandakot airport, and Murdoch Tafe. Perth city is 20 minutes by car and the stunning Perth beaches & Fremantle are 15 minutes away. The space Peterborough Luxury Residence is fully fitted with stylish furniture and accessories. You'll enjoy relaxing on the leather sofas, the plush shag pile rugs, watching a movie on the smart TV, browsing the net with the fast-speed NBN WIFI, watching a series on Netflix. The house has a brand new ducted air-conditioning system, and split -system heating for the colder months. The house provides three large bedrooms, two with Queen size beds, and one with a double bed. The master bedroom has a Firm Queen size mattress. The second bedroom has a medium firmness queen size mattress, and the third bedroom has a medium firm double mattress. The master bedroom has an ensuite featuring a shower recess and a toilet. There is also a full size bathroom with a shower and bath, plus another separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and features your very own Nespresso coffee machine. Maxwell & Williams dinnerware, glassware and kitchenware for entertaining. You’ll enjoy the very latest brand new Samsung fridge / freezer, Panasonic microwave and a dishwasher to take care of the dishes. All utensils are supplied, as well as top-quality cookware, saucepans and there are appliances such as a rice cooker and a sandwich press to make life easier. Guest access The entire house is all yours, which includes a lovely shaded yard and a back patio area, as well as a double lock-up garage. I live 10 minutes away, so can attend to anything you may need, or let you enjoy your privacy if you prefer. Other things to note The house is split-level with 2 stairs. There is a mobility handrail for elderly guests. I usually don't accept bookings with no Airbnb reviews, local guests or families with young children. There are CCTV camera's on the outside of the building, as well as one inside the lockup garage. As part of our house insurance, we are required to receive a copy of a drivers license or passport upon check-in. This can be sent via email, text message or What's App.
