Lovely Artist small apt with walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, The Seine, Musee Rodin etc. Ok for a couple plus one or two. It's also a great neighborhood with an open market downstairs , tons of restaurants rue Cler and Rue St Dominique. Please be aware this is a key latch entry with keys in the box by the door Other things to note Please note that the apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator to the 6th floor. Also I have had a complaint because the AC was not connected in April. So please be aware that there is a cooling system year around but the AC is only functioning from June 1 to September 30.
