Three-room apartment on the top floor of the Residenze del Porto condominium, in the center of Marciana Marina, with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea/mountain. The space The location is unique; not only is it literally steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town center, but above all, it boasts a splendid terrace with a north-facing sea view and a south-facing view of the Monte Capanne valley, complete with a BBQ. During the day, a light sea breeze blows, while after sunset, the so-called "thermal inversion" brings a gentle breeze from the mountain. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a single corner sofa bed, a TV, and ceiling fans. Two double bedrooms, one with an additional third bed, a bathroom with shower/tub, and a washing machine. *Pocket Wi-Fi included - see note below*. Small to medium-sized short-haired dogs are welcome with a €30 cleaning fee. Bed linens and towels are available for rent (€15 per person) or you can bring your own. Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms of the apartment. Other things to note Guest should comunicate time of arrival. Bath / bed linen not included, you can bring your own or you can rent them at a cost of 15 euros per person. The garbage must be disposed of in the special bins positioned around the condominium or at the nearby municipal landfill.
