Our house is a unique and charming property, inside it hides a treasure under a rock where wine was formerly kept. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, just 12 km from Haro, km from Burgos, a historic city full of monuments and museums, and 60 km from Vitoria, a modern city with a great cultural and leisure offer. It's the perfect place to explore the region's wonders. The space The property has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, to make your stay more comfortable if needed. It has a separate living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, TV, and air conditioning. To be more relaxed, it is the place that children and not so much children like the most, since it has its full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and double bedroom, being a more private stay within the same house and the picnic area on the ground floor, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration or continue enjoying a good barbecue made at the moment on your barbecue. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary amenities for cooking and enjoying meals. The vacation rental house is a charming property with privacy, located in a square closed to traffic, which ensures tranquility and uniqueness for guests; especially if they go with children, being able to take the table and chairs outside to enjoy without danger. (Always respect the neighbors, don't make too much noise and leave the street clean) The house also has an underground cellar or 'calao' that is over 100 years old under an impressive rock. It is the perfect place to taste La Rioja wines and enjoy a unique atmosphere. It is a property full of charm and unique features, in a privileged and quiet location to explore the beauties of La Rioja, this being one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and strategically it is very well located for sightseeing It has all kinds of amenities such as heating, hot water, grill, barbecue, air conditioning, a large table for 12-14 people, dishwasher, including free WiFi throughout and with parking right outside the house It is located 12 km from Haro, where the world's best-known wineries are located, Miranda de Ebro 12 km. Burgos is just 60 km away, Logroño 40 km, Bilbao 80 km, San Sebastián 120 km, and the Valdezcarai ski resort is just 35 km away. Before reaching it, you pass through the village of Santo Domingo de La Calzada. On the ground floor, there is a very cozy and comfortable dining area, with sofas and a TV, a kitchen with all the utensils you may need to spend a very good evening around its large table, next to the barbecue grill or lit fireplace; in which you can make typical Rioja meals. You can park your car at the door of the house or take out the table and benches that we have for it, since it is a square closed to traffic, but without disturbing anyone and if the weather is good, leaving everything tidy and not making too much noise. Guest access For safety reasons, all areas are accessible except where the heating boiler is located. Other things to note The house has central heating, free WiFi, barbecue (we provide the firewood for the first trip), if more is needed there is a supplement of €25, parking at the door of the house and air conditioning. When a reservation is made, a link will be sent to you automatically through the platform, so that you can make the traveler reports automatically, without having to provide us with any type of document. Crib available upon request The hospital is 13 km away in Miranda de Ebro. If you have a pet, you have to tell the owner and there is a surcharge of €22 per stay for each one, taking care of the damage that could be caused.
