At Hakuna Matata Holidays you unwind from your day to day life at a magical place amidst nature and olive trees. In a quiet atmosphere you relax at the pool, at the lounge sofa at your veranda, in a hammock in the shade of the olive trees. View to the pool or into the valley and distant mountains. Discover the moon & stars at new-moon-nights and listen to the howling of jackals in the woods. Hakuna Matata Holidays is the perfect base for daytrips to sites in the Southwest of the Peloponnese. The space At Hakuna Matata Holidays you stay in a wooden lodge: you can smell the wood when you enter the lodge. In both lodges there’s a master bedroom with comfortable double bed, bathroom and a small living. Lodge Agalia has 2 more bedrooms with bunkbeds. Lodge Calida has 1 more bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds and an foldable sofa bed in the living. Both lodges have full-air-conditioning. On the veranda you find the outside kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooking hub, electric oven, filter-coffee machine and a kettle. Your veranda is provided with a dining table, a lounge sofa and comfortable furniture for your convenience. Both lodges are positioned in our olive grove which is located in the rural area between Methoni, Finiki and Evangelismos. Even in Greek summers, there’s a refreshing breeze. Hakuna Matata Holidays is 5 kilometres from the sandy beaches along the coast between Methoni and Finikounda. Guest access At Hakuna Matata Holidays we, the owners Jan and Will, welcome you in person. We show you around at the accommodation and the property. We hand the keys over to you. One for the lodge, one for our main gate, so you can get in and out whenever you desire. You get to know our dogs and cats, they are very gentle creatures and fond of our guests. The dogs can not enter the area of the lodges and the pool due to an invisible fence. Our chickens are free in the olive grove in the afternoon. Wi-Fi is free at Hakuna Matata Holidays We have two accommodations. You share facilities such as the swimming pool, the washing machine and the space in the olive grove with the other guests and the owners of Hakuna Matata Holidays. Other things to note At Hakuna Matata Holidays we love animals. There are dogs, cats and chickens. Unfortunately we are unable to receive pets from our guests due to this. Our dogs do not enter the guest area of our property and the swimming pool. Free WiFi is available.
