Only a few steps from the beaches and the shops, our apartment is a small cocoon under the rooftops, in the heart of the lively streets of the old town encircled by ramparts. It was completely renovated in 2015. It includes a mezzanine bedroom with a bed 160x200, where you can see the roofs of Saint-Malo, and a large children's room with cot and office space, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We live in this apartment for eight years with happiness. We have put our heart into it and hope that you will feel as good as we are. It is located on the 4th floor without elevator (but it's quite easy to do, even with a baby). We know our city well, we will help you to discover it in a pleasant way. We speak english so will be available to answer all your questions and guide your steps to the discovery of the corsair city. You'll find in the old town everything you need to fill the fridge, cupboards and suitcases: bakery, fish shop, butcher, cheese shop, primeur, mini-market, roaster, spices Roellinger, and all shops open even on Sundays. All within a radius of less than 500 meters. You will find in the apartment a guide of all the good addresses, in Saint-Malo and the surroundings. Bus stops at the foot of the ramparts which allow you to reach the other districts of Saint-Malo, as well as the TGV station (direct bus). Maritime station in front of the ramparts to take the ferry to England or Jersey and Guernsey. Seaside bus to Dinard in season (duration of the crossing: ten minutes). You will have a parking card giving you access to the car parks free of charge. A package will be charged, including the cleaning at the end of stay and the supply of the household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels): 60 € per stay. Security deposit: 500 €
