Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, fast WiFi, ceiling fan, TV with video streaming apps, in a nice relaxing home. Room was recently upgraded, new windows and paint, and new closets. Kitchen access available, no stove access. Great place to stay short or mid-long term stays. Hosted by family with several airbnb superhost for years. This is a new listing but just as good as our other quality standards of a superhost. Other things to note I ask guest to be thoughtful and keep noise to a moderate level as a courtesy to others in the house. Keep TV volume moderate to low so that you can hear it but not bother others specially after 10pm. After 10pm I ask for quiet time so others can sleep. So if you have TV please keep at a very low level.
