Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except for the housekeeping closet), private dock, and large grassy yard. If you would like to access the garage to store bikes or other small items, please let our booking team know. Check-in instructions are typically sent 7 days in advance of your stay. Other things to note *This home is typically booked from Friday to Friday during peak summer months (7-night stay) unless a last-minute booking occurs *Video cameras and noise monitoring may be in place outside the home *Parking is available for up to 8 cars; RV parking is available for $25/night per RV (space may be limited, subject to prior request, power/water only) *Lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river usually being lowest in spring and at full height in July and August, so plan your activities accordingly *Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions listed online and rules/guidelines at the property; guests must sign the Vacation Rental Agreement to complete their booking *Every occupant in all-adult groups must be over the age of 25 *Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am *The home is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, coffee, and basic kitchen items
