Clapham private double room and bathroom

The bedroom is on the top floor and is very light, with a comfortable double bed. The top floor is the guest's area. There is an adjoining bathroom which has recently been refurbished with a new bath and power shower. We live 5 min away from Clapham South tube station. We have a great park with Clapham Common at the end of our road. The space The top floor of our late 19th Century Clapham Townhouse is the guest's area and separated from the rest of the house by stairs and curtain for added privacy. There is a good amount of storage to hang clothes and keep personal items. We live in a lovely area near the park, very close to Clapham South Tube Station and Abbeville Road / 'Village' is 3 min walk from our house with a selection of independent shops, a great pub, restaurants, hairdressers, etc. Guest access Their own floor at top of house. Access via front door and stairs. Access also to kitchen and downstairs open area. During your stay We are here to help! We are always happy to answer any questions and give recommendations about London and our local area. Other things to note A friendly Labrador named Frank lives on property in downstairs areas.
