Cozy 34-square-meter apartment on the second floor located in the heart of Venice, a central, strategic and very well-served area. The apartment consists of an entrance, a storage room, a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The apartment has everything you need: independent heating, fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, wi-fi. We rent two other apartments on the 1st and 3rd floor. Cà Rezzonico Apartments Balcony and Skyline The space All the main rooms have direct light, the bedroom and living room, facing south, overlook the Rio di San Barnaba and the campo of the same name, the kitchen overlooks the garden of the Cà Rezzonico art museum. The bedroom, divided from the living room by a sliding door, is furnished with a large and comfortable double bed (212 x 170 cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers and "open" wardrobe. The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed (197 x 140 cm), a 4-seater round table with a diameter of 90 cm and 4 chairs, and a folding wall table perfect for laptop use. The apartment is equipped with a SINGLE wall air conditioner with a split in the living room, sufficient to cool the apartment evenly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even more, on request we provide a baby bed with changing table. Supermarket, grocery store, wine shop, stationery store, "bacari" restaurants are located near the house. Ideal for a couple or family stay. Guest access Guests can use everything in the apartment. Check-in is from 3 pm, while checkout is by 10 am. Special arrangements for check-in or checkout can be made in private.
