Quiet apartment with beautiful view

The apartment is located in a country setting, very quiet and relaxing with magnificent views of the mountains. The advantage of our "Aux Champs Pressinois" residence is its location because while being in the countryside you will be close to major cities (1 hr from Lyon, 35 min from Chambéry, 50 min from Grenoble), the lakes of Paladru, Aiguebelette, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, as well as the mountain trails of the Chartreuse mountain range. The space The apartment is located in an old farmhouse undergoing renovation. The residence consists of several duplex units with access to a parking lot and a shared garden. Each apartment has a terrace area with garden furniture and parasol (BBQ available). Note that currently the second part of the site is under construction, as the accommodation has been recently renovated (no noise disturbance however). Inside the apartment, on the ground floor, you will arrive at a dining room and an equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) then in a relaxation area with a TV, a library (with access to books and board games) and a sofa bed (sleeps two people 130 x 190). Two rooms perfect for having a good time with family! Upstairs, you will find a bathroom/WC, (where you will have towels, hairdryer and mat available) and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and a second bedroom with 3 beds (a 90 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bunk bed). In the bedrooms you will have wall storage, wardrobes and dressers to store all your belongings.
