Idyllically set into a cliff directly at the "Lech" river, with the historic old town of Füssen just a short stroll away. The world-famous "Neuschwanstein" castle is nearby, and you can start your mountain hikes, cycle or mountain-bike excursions directly from the front door. The space This one room Studio apartment is freshly renovated & has an impressive view of the Alps from both the living area and balcony. There is a double bed (180 x 200cm) and wardrobe in the sleeping area. The built-in kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove-top, oven and dining table. The bathroom with shower has a window looking directly onto the cliff-face. The living area has a seating group including a sofa-bed & a glass door leading to the balcony. Guest access The flat is on the first floor which is accessible via a short staircase. There is a laundry room in the stairwell to park bicycles on request and there is also a cellar where you can store sports equipment. Other things to note The studio apartment, i.e. it is a large room with different areas and a separate bathroom, is newly renovated and offers impressive mountain views from the living area and the balcony. In the sleeping area there is a double bed with wardrobe. The kitchen area is equipped with a built-in kitchen with refrigerator, range and oven and a dining table. The bathroom with shower has a window with a direct view of the cliff. The living area with seating area and a couch with sleeping function is connected to the balcony via a glass front. The apartment is located on the first upper floor. The entrance door to the house is accessible via a short staircase. Next to the entrance area there is a laundry room where bicycles can also be parked. In addition, there is a basement for storing ski equipment or the like. The train station and bus stops with all major connections are a 10-minute walk. There is no parking space directly at the house, but nearby there is a large overnight free and supervised parking lot. We do not live in the house, but are always available for questions and support.
