The nearest guarded beach (with a blue flag) is only 150 metres away (2 minutes on foot), and the best beaches are only 250 metres away (3 minutes on foot). The children's playground, mini golf, tennis courts and football pitches are also just 150 metres away. The centre of Costa Nova is around 500 metres away, where you'll find various restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, ATMs, etc. But there is also a good restaurant right next to the house, and the best beach terrace for eating is 250 metres away (on the best beaches). Costa Nova has excellent conditions for practising most water sports, such as surfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, jet skiing, etc. If it's not possible in the sea, it certainly is in the estuary. By the way, the Costa Nova Marina and sailing club are about 400 metres away.
