A beautiful house for you and your family or friends!!Our house is located in a quiet place outside Lefkimmi. It is only 5 minutes from the port of Lefkimmi and 40 minutes from the airport and the city of Corfu!!Bouka Beach is just 500 meters from the house!It is elevated and fenced, autonomous with 1 acre of garden and parking!!The house is fully air-conditioned. We also have a new 5-seater jacuzzi for free as a benefit!! The space This is a renovated traditional house with Corfu colors in a feast of olive trees and greenery!!In our place you can enjoy the 5-seater jacuzzi spa which is heated for free. Other things to note - 1. Please do not throw trash in the toilet (paper, towels, or feminine hygiene products). -2. During the air-conditioning operation, please keep the veranda doors and windows closed. -3. Every time you leave the house please check that the lights, the air-conditioning and all electric appliances are turned off. -4. Please do not wash the linen and the towels of the house before check out. -5. Smoking is permitted on the veranda only. -6. In case of any damage or malfunction, please let us know immediately. -7.When the time comes to end your holidays,please do NOT leave the keys on the door before exiting the house.
