Very close to the Stadthalle, a few minutes walk from Westbahnhof and only a few underground stations from Stephansplatz, you will find our cosy apartment in a quiet residential street. It offers plenty of space for up to four people! The apartment is located on the ground floor of our private apartment building and can be easily reached without steps. The space Our apartment is located in a quiet residential street, but still in a very convenient, central location. The 45m2 apartment (underfloor heating in wet room and kitchen) has a spacious bathroom with tub and washing machine (incl. dryer), towel warmer, hair dryer. Of course, there are sufficient towels and bath towels as well as shower and washing gel available and will be supplemented if necessary at any time. The kitchen with a view into the green inner courtyard is fully equipped with a combination cooker, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. The large and bright living/bedroom with real parquet flooring offers comfortable space for up to four people with a double bed (180x200) and box spring sofa bed (160x200). A cot can also be provided if required. Toys for all ages and a Stokke high chair for small children are also available. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for our guest´s use. Other things to note The flat has one large room that serves as both a living room and bedroom. Maximum of 4 people can sleep there. However, a cot can be added if required.
