Please enjoy Youtube/Netflix/Spotify etc. The space Our house is 1 minutes walk way to the nearest bus stop, 4 minutes walk way from Shibaura Futo Sta.(Yurikamome) and 10 minutes to Tamachi Sta.(Yamanote Line) There are also several resturants and convinince stores around the house, thus you will be satisfied with this location!! Good access in sightseeing spot of Odaiba, TeamLab (TeamLab Borderless in Odaiba, TeamLab Planets in Toyosu), International Exhibition Hall, Tokyo Big Sight, Live House (Zepp Tokyo, Zepp divercity, Toyosu Pit) and Shiki Theater Company, etc. Our house is compact studio type condo and its perfect for up to 3 people (1bed room, Kitchen, Toilet and Bathroom). Furnituer, electronics and various amenities have been prepared for your stay. If you want to use car during your stay, there are parking lots around our house. We never book different guests at the same time, so if you book, it's all yours! Guest access This listing is exclusive for 1 group, so you won't share the apartment with other groups. The room is just for you so please feel relaxed like your own place! You can go out and come back anytime. ※But please be respectful about noise and so on to my neighbors. Other things to note ・One room can accommodate up to 3 people but might feel a little bit cramped. There are 6 rooms total in the apartment hotel so friends and family can stay with you in a different room, but a seperate reservation would need to be made. ・Please note that the property is located near an expressway. While the building is newly constructed in 2020 and has good sound insulation, we kindly ask that you take this into consideration before making a reservation. Most of our guests have not found this to be an issue (as evidenced by over 5 years of operation and guest reviews). However, guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may wish to reconsider booking. Please also be advised that we are unable to offer refunds based on noise related to the nearby expressway, as this is a condition that has been clearly disclosed prior to booking. ･Please log in with your own account on Netflix. ・Check-out time is 10am. Please make sure to check-out on time as cleaner will arrive soon and sometimes other guests will check-in on the same day. (For the house with balcony) If you smoke at balcony, please place cigarettes, cigar butts and ashes in your compact ashtray. A cleaning fee of 50,000 Yen will be charged when traces of cigarette smoke is found in the room. ・Please do not put cardboard/big outer case without any notification. If you put these, will charge additional 100 USD. ・Please note that as a general rule, we are unable to change dates after reservations have been confirmed. Unlike hotels, all of our listings are for whole houses or with a small number of rooms, so last-minute schedule changes make it difficult for us to operate stably.
