The space This new award winning designed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa contains a fully equipped open plan kitchen that is perfect for couples, families and groups. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a king and 3rd a bunk bed ( double under a single). We have a lovely fenced pool and perfectly sized garden space for a bit of extra space. The property is close to the Noosa River and Lake Weyba Recreation Park. Luxury living within close proximity of all the local Noosa amenities. The only section of the house which is unavailable to use is the cellar and garage other than that its all yours to enjoy !! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the kitchen, laundry, office, garden and living areas the only area which is not available is the cellar. Garage is unavailable for parking guest cars, however there is a large driveway and plenty off street parking. Guest will be provided with a code to the front access gate and a key to the front door. Other things to note We have an underground celler which is not available for guests use, it is used for storage.
