Living in a shared flat in Frankfurt Hoechst

You will live in a renovated old building in a bright room tastefully furnished in vintage style. With other flatmates you will share kitchen and bathroom - both newly renovated. To make you feel at home we have thought of everything. The apartment has a total floor space of about 100 sqm and the rooms are between 15-19 sqm. The space With the furnishing we made sure of your comfort. All apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary domestic needs. Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher are of course available, as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery, pots, pans, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils. In your room you will have WIFI and your own TV. Feel at home during your project assignment in Frankfurt or during the orientation phase at your new place of residence. When you arrive your bed is already covered and a set of towels is ready. During your stay We are at your disposal in the office on Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm for administrative tasks such as the lease preparation and issue of the landlord certificate. On the other days please contact us by mail. Other things to note There is currently a construction site on Königsteiner Straße and this may result in increased noise pollution on weekdays between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. The work will be completed by the end of August.
