Ski-in & ski-out on Aspen mountain. One block from town.

Best view and highest condo in downtown Aspen. But it is a hike to get there. 70 steps. It’s like a 5th floor NYC walkup. They didn’t make elevators is back in 60’s. If you smoke, overweight or have altitude problems, I would not recommend this condo. But I have adjusted the price to compensate for the steps. So you’re getting a great deal! 1 master bedroom (king size bed)/1 loft bedroom (2 twins), 2 bath condo.  Top floor! No stair master required for the week you visit! The floor plan covers 3 floors with the master bedroom and both baths on bottom floor. Kitchen/ living room middle floor. And sleeping loft above kitchen, top floor. Master bedroom has a pillow top king sized bed. The loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds. Achtung! Achtung! summer months of June, July, August the loft might become warm. Though, many people do use the upstairs loft and say it’s fine. There are 2 stand alone air-conditioners in the unit during the summer. One air conditioner is in the master bedroom. The other air conditioner is in the living room/loft area. One parking space comes with the unit. The master bedroom, living room, and loft have a view overlooking Aspen and the valley. You can watch snow storms come up the valley. It's magical. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood furnished) , cable tv, high speed internet, couch, chairs and desk.  The kitchen is has counter seating and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the new jacuzzi and heated pool. You can check out whose in the jacuzzi from your porch. I always look for hot guys. In the Summer, enjoy sitting on both porches. Pack lightly or use reusable grocery bags to haul clothes up. Much lighter than suitcases.   Spend the day skiing, walking the town, shopping or attending fabulous events aspen has to offer. Full length mirrors line the living room and master bedroom walls— so 80’s. Love it! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Condominium HOA rules. Also New rule by HOA Insurance- all renters must be age 25 or above. City of Aspen regulations – only 4 occupants for this unit. Sorry.
