This newly built home was created by the passion of its owner who looked for 7 years to find the perfect place in Colorado to make home. This grid independent home was crafted from superior materials. A true gem in the stunning marble valley. Designed by acclaimed Boulder architect, Ethan Hampton, this home was designed for this spot. The Design has been deemed exceptional by many past guests. Great views abound in every direction. NOTE for parents of smaller children: The master suite is a detached structure and is steps across the deck from the main living area. Just be aware, should you desire to hear your kiddos sleep. FINAL NOTE - although this property does have a television and a DVD player (and loads of DVDs), it does not have not have cable or a traditional satellite connection. Please make other plans if you must watch sports. Guest access Winter Note: I have decided to open the Winter season bookings for guests enjoyment. But there are a few important items which guests must understand. 1) Four wheel drive or all wheel drive with decent tires is required 2) I do not plow the driveway (200 ft of gently sloping downhill) due to the amount of snow. This means you must park on the road and walk in. I have a toboggan sled that you can use to easily haul your gear in. Do not expect this property to have tidy snow removal services. 3) This time of year is very quite in Marble. There are no services available during this time of year. Honestly, it is my very favorite time of year here. 4) if any of the above is a problem, you need to look for other accommodations. Please, check back with me for the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. Other things to note Lots to do in the area. Visit Redstone Inn for Brunch, go to the Redstone general store for coffee and candy.
