The space This in-law suite is in the garden level of our single family home. You'll enter the front door and find your own entrance down a few stairs on the right. The Cubbie themed décor will bring back your most nostalgic memories of the Cubs and Wrigley Field. The sleeper sofa in the sitting room folds out into a Full sized bed. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed with plenty of spare sheets and pillows. The kitchen boasts and full size refrigerator, oven, sink and microwave should you want to cook-in. Guest access Guests may access the front yard and share a vestibule inside the front door to the house with the Owners. The backyard and rear decks are reserved for Owners’ use but may be used with permission. Please submit a written request if interested. Other things to note Ample street parking is available on our block. All spaces are zoned for residents and we provide daily parking passes for the duration of our guests’ stay.
