This modern and spacious holiday apartment, which is only a walking distance from the famous strip, Old town Albufeira or the beautiful beaches as Praia da Oura and Santa Eulilia. ( NO GROUPS ALLOWED) It’s located in central Albufeira and only a 30 minute drive from Faro airport. Around the condo itself you find a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Your host is speaking Dutch, English, German and a bit Portuguese The space When you enter this beautiful completely renewed apartment you will feel the luxury and space. The big hallway gives you access to both bedrooms, second bathroom, living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a double, luxury bed for the true hotel feeling, fitted wardrobes and a ensuite spacious bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. You will also find plenty of clean towels here. The second bedroom has a double, luxury bed, fitted wardrobe has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink as well. Both with sliding doors to the south facing terrace. The modern and bright living room of 35 m2 will give you all the space you need, to entertain your guests. A dining area and sitting area with TV and Wifi. Also here you find a big terrace. On the sunbeds you can relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde. (The pool is undergoing some renovation work at this moment. Due to delays, it is still not clear when this will be completed) The fully fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine, will give you the luxury you are used to in your own home. Why compromise at your holiday? Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travelers. The big south facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. Enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning sun or lay down on your private sun loungers with a nice glass of Portugues wine. Also this is a perfect play area for kids because it’s completely closed off. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment for them selfs. Other things to note NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ALLOWED The swimming pool is currently undergoing some renovation work. Due to delays, it is not yet clear when this will be completed. No party of events without explicit consent of the owner or property manager Smoking is only allowed on the terrace No pets allowed At the pool area there are rules which have to be followed up at any time. The pool area is not guarded. Quite hours are from 22.00 till 9.00. The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights.
