Our 3AC bedroom delux Apartment located on the 3rd floor ( No lift facility)can accomodate up to 6 guests. It has a fully equipt.kitchen, plenty of hot/cold water and 2 complete washrooms. Located in a serene village with a bird watching point just round the corner, a beautiful beach 10 to 15 min walking dist. away, restaurants and a mini mart also closely located. The Int.Airport, the bus and train stations in close proximity makes our place perfect to relax and enjoy ones stay in Goa. The space Bright and Cozy 1400sq.ft area apartment on the 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 Large living room, Dinning area, 4 Balconies, 1 kitchen and 2 Washrooms. Each Bedroom : 1 Queen size bed with linen and pillows comfortably sleeps 2, 2 Bed side tables with drawers, 1 Wardrobe with hangers, 1 split AC unit, 1 ceiling fan and a balcony. (All 3 Bedrooms together comfortably accommodate up to 6 Guests.) Living Room : Sofa set with centre table, comfortably sits 7, 3 Ceiling fans, 1 LCD Television with basic local and other channels and a balcony with 2 balcony chairs. Dinning Area : Dinning table with 4 chairs. Kitchen : Kitchen platform with sink and tap connection with running water for washing/cleaning. 1 Hot plate with basic utensils,crockery and cutlery. 1 Electric kettle, 1Micro Wave oven. 1 Refrigerator, Washing machine, 1 Ceiling fan, and 1 Exhaust fan. Washrooms : Each with 1 Wash Basin with hot/cold water connection and a mirror. 1 European WC , Towels and a Shower with lots of hot and cold water. Other facilities : Iron with Ironing board, Free wire less Wi Fi connection and a hair drier. Guest access Guests will have access to their private 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen having basic cooking facility and a covered parking area. The apartment also has a dedicated wi fi connection with 100 mbps speed. Other things to note Our Guests can experience Goa at its best as we can help in planning and organising site seeing trips to Panjim, the Capital city of Goa, famous Churches, Temples, Spice plantations, The famous Saturday night market, Private boat trips that include Sunrise/ Sunset, Fishing, Crocodile sighting, Dolphin watching and Off roading trips in a 4x4 jeep to a Farm/ Plantation/ Jungle trail at an extra cost that can be discussed with the host.
