Come stay in this charming village home, an easy walk to Main Street and access to Okemo Mountain. The house is on the Okemo Shuttle Route and 1 mile drive from the base of the mountain. The renovated kitchen with large kitchen island and ample seating provides a great space for apres ski activites. There are two living areas, allowing for multiple groups to use the house comfortably. The perfect get-away for families and friends. The space There are (4) bedrooms, including a “sleeping loft” which can sleep (4) guests – a great space for the kids! The house has 2.5 baths and laundry in the upstairs bathroom. A large ski room is great for getting ready in the morning and storing all your ski suits and gear – keeping the house organized during your visit. There is a large backyard, great for sledding and access to x-country skiing. Guest access Guests will have the use of the entire house and property during their stay. Contactless self-in. Other things to note IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: We have installed (3) RING cameras around the exterior of the property. They are on the front entry porch area, back entry, and backyard entry. Video footage is not shared but recorded for liability reasons in case of a break-in, death, injury, or guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund of the remaining night's rent(s).
