Essentia is the ideal starting point to discover the coast, with Termoli and the Tremiti Islands, and the immediate hinterland with villages such as Larino. Whether you are a lover of relaxation, good food or outdoor activities, Essentia will offer you endless possibilities: hiking, e-biking and horseback riding, bike rental, traditional cooking classes, tastings of local products, workshops and characteristic "peasant experiences", such as the ancient olive harvest or the grape harvest, to experience the rural world in its entirety. Being located between the municipalities of Termoli and Larino, Essentia is the ideal starting point to discover the coast and the immediate hinterland. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Termoli, a lively coastal city, visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria and the magnificent Swabian castle. From Termoli, you can also embark for the beautiful Tremiti Islands with their wonderful seabed. Among the municipalities of the hinterland of particular interest is Larino, one of the richest villages in the history of Molise with evidence of the Roman and medieval periods. Other municipalities of interest are Civitacampomarano with the Angevin castle, Casacalenda with the LIPU oasis and the annual Molise Cinema Festival, Guardialfiera and San Martino in Pensilis that enchant with traditions, historical riches and centenary festivals.
