We are renting a renewed flat in the city center of Porto, with distinctive detail level and construction quality, access to a large garden, solar energy attached. An ancient house with present comfort looking at the future! The space This spacious town house is located in the heart of the city; the traditional quarters being easily accessible by foot . The renovation of the house has been sensitive to the uniqueness of the building, and it`s architectural details have been carefully maintained . A high level of comfort has been achieved throughout, with special attention given to thermal and noise insulation. In addition, each room has an air inlet based on solar sources. The house has a peaceful large garden filled with aromatic orange, fig and passion fruit trees which is fully accessible. Guest access The apartment based within the house has one large kitchen/living room, two light and airy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a roomy balcony and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms contains a mezzanine of low ceiling, accessible by a build in vertical ladder, which will accommodate two extra people. Additionally, the seating area in the living room has been designed to accommodate two extra people. As mentioned, there is access to the garden.
