Vista Greenwoods Villa Seven is special because of its: - Serene location amidst endless serenity  - Modern interiors with leisure amenities  - Private swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing soak  - Lush green lawn with seating arrangements  We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Medical kit, mosquito repellent -  Bonfire - Inverter, AC, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are a total of 5 bedrooms - 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - All bedrooms have air-conditioners and double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request - A few bedrooms also open up to attached balconies.  BATHROOMS  - The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided COMMON AREAS  - There is a spacious living room on ground floor that overlooks the lawn and the pool.  - It offers ample seating arrangements for up to 8 to 10 people.  - It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a flat-screen TV, a music system, board games and Wi-Fi. - The exteriors of the home boast a private swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing dip.  - The pool is 20x12 ft. in size with a depth of 4 ft. - Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. - Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice. - Outdoor games like cricket, and badminton are available at the villa. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. -  Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Crockery is available for 15 people FOOD - Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package. - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - It is a complex of 10 villas, each with an occupancy of 15 people. Multiple units can be booked to host larger groups. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - The caretaker and his family stay in the villa. They have a room with separate access. There is no separate kitchen for the caretaker, however, utensils will be different. - The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
