Each of the two bedrooms has a private attached bathroom. We like to point out that the common space where the kitchen, dining table and living room sofa are, is relatively small; it might not be suitable for family who are intended to use the space for gathering, but the master bedroom is quite sizable. We are close to freeway, for those who are sensitive to noise, please book with caution. The building and parking are behind a large iron gate. Your unit (a completely private entire place) is located on the second floor, with shared exterior main entrance, stairs on the side of the building. You will get one assigned parking space and be able to view the detailed check-in instruction closer to the day you arrive. All spots are reserved, so park only at your assigned spot only. Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings, our housekeeping needs to have sufficient time in between to do cleaning so we have difficulty to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We recommend all guests to factor this in when making a booking decision and to have a plan to check in after our regular check in time 3:00pm unless we notify you otherwise We are easily reachable by text, phone call or the Airbnb app as well. Our property is located in the heart of the bustling business district. It's important to note that our neighborhood is currently going through a period of change due to the influx of large high-tech companies in San Jose. As a result, new developments are being built alongside historic homes, and there are visible signs of homelessness in the area. We recognize that this can be a complex and sensitive issue, and we encourage our guests to approach it with empathy and understanding. We live in a very walkable neighborhood! But if you'd like a ride, Bird scooters, Ford GoBikes, Uber/Lyft, light rail, and the bus are all affordable options. You can also take the Caltrain as far as San Francisco if you'd like, or Amtrak to the East Bay. See our guide for more details. ==SOUND/NOISE: We are located close to the highway I-280 and airport(San Jose Airport curfew hours are 11:30pm-6:30am), so there may be noise, might not be suitable for those who are super sensitive to sound and noise. == We provide basic cooking essentials, pink rock salt, peppercorn and grinders but no cooking oil or any other liquid cooking material, spices for food safety reason. ==EXTERIOR CAMERAS: For safety, we have cameras on the exterior of the house (no cameras inside). We also have a sound decibel monitor to prevent parting, loud music and help maintain a quiet environment for our neighbors. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns. ==SUPPLIES: We will restock consumable supplies during each cleaning. If you are staying long term, we will not be able to arrange restocking in the middle of your stay if no cleaning is ordered. ==EV Charging We do have EV charging outlet in the parking, but need you to arrange with us ahead of time if you need to use it during your stay, must bring your own cable, fee applies. ==As part of our sustainability efforts, we have chosen not to provide one-time disposable personal toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bar soap. And we do provide large reusable bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/liquid hand soap. ==We do not have a mailbox, and therefore, postal services are not available. However, you can still arrange package and food deliveries directly with vendors and carriers.
