The Jagahüttn is hidden in the Rhineland-Palatinate part of the Hunsrück in the romantic Dhrontal, a side valley of the Moselle, not far from the wine villages of Trittenheim and Neumagen-Dhron and in a sublime location above the picturesque village of Gräfendhron, the former widow's seat of the Counts of Hunolstein. Formerly built as a massive hunting lodge and completely renovated according to modern standards, it now offers a rustic ambience for relaxing days surrounded by nature. The space The guest has a magnificent view of the wooded slopes of the Dhrontal and enjoys the tranquility and amenities of a secluded location right on the edge of the forest. An intimate hideaway for undisturbed togetherness or up to 4 people, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes and culinary delights in the Moselle-Franconian region. The Jagahüttn offers cozy and Alpine-style furnished living pleasure on 60 square meters for up to 4 people. A real hunting lodge, which still serves as a starting point for hunting trips into the surrounding forests and has been completely renovated. It consists of a living room with a fireplace and sitting area, which opens into the spacious kitchen. Separately there is the bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet as well as the double bedroom and the sleeping loft. In front of the Jagahüttn - and partially surrounding the building - a 25 sqm terrace offers fabulous views of the Dhrontal. The amenities are high quality, but rustically nostalgic and include a fireplace, underfloor heating, satellite TV, stereo system, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, convection oven with ceramic hob and a washer/dryer combination. Living room (18 sqm) with kitchen (6 sqm) The rustic living room is the largest room in the Jagahüttn. It is very bright through several windows and offers a view over the terrace to the surrounding wooded slopes of the romantic Dhrontal. A seating area invites you to linger. The open rustic solid wood kitchen offers a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and convection oven with ceramic range. The kitchen is fully equipped. A fireplace provides cozy warmth and a romantic fire, not just on cold days. Bedroom (12 sqm) The comfortable and cozy bedroom is accessible from the living room at ground level and is equipped with a large double bed and a 5-door wardrobe. A large window overlooks the outdoor area. Sleeping loft (6 sqm) The rustic sleeping loft is located directly above the bathroom and can be reached via a ladder from the living room. It offers two full sleeping places, but with limited room height. Ideal for children who want to have their own realm, but also suitable for adults. Bathroom (6 sqm) The small but fine bathroom offers everything that makes the heart of both sexes beat faster. A large glass rain shower as well as a foot bath next to the toilet and sink to relax. A small window lets the sunlight play on the wall in the morning. deck Directly in front of the Jagahüttn, a 25 sqm terrace offers a magnificent vantage point, from which the view can sweep across the valley. It invites you to sit, eat, drink, sunbathe and chill. The evening sun can be enjoyed there excellently. It is fully equipped with seating furniture, a dining table, an umbrella and sun loungers. Outdoor area: In front of the Jagahüttn is a wind-protected place. The gas grill is excellent for preparing local specialties such as wild bratwurst sausages or Idar Oberstein steaks. Bed linen and towels included. The premises are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 5 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Day of arrival by arrangement, but arrivals on a departure day of the previous tenant are not possible. Minimum stay is 2 nights, during the holiday season and Christmas/New Year's Eve 6 nights. No pets allowed! The Jagahüttn is recommended for guests between 10 and 65 years old! The conclusion of a separate rental agreement together with proof of identity is essential!
