These are 4 private studios (own floor) w/fully-equipped kitchenette & bathroom in our own building of only 8 independent units. ** Room rate is for 8 guests. Additional charge/guest up to 15 max. Located in a safe residential area near Victory Monument, so is easily accessible by sky train or Grab taxi/car to go anywhere. The space These 4 studios with terrace are 41 sq.m., 37.5 sq.m., 29.25 sq.m., and 29.25 sq.m. in a newly-built building that have been carefully decorated and furnished by ourselves with the focus and details for comfort in mind. The rooms are equipped with: - Studio#1: 2 comfortable single-size beds - Studio#2: 1 king-size bed with an extra comfortable memory foam mattress - Relaxing sofa that can be converted into a full-size bed (with actual bed mattresses) for 2 additional guests in both units - Studio#3: 1 queen-size bed with a relaxing sofa that can be converted into single-size bed (with actual bed mattress) for 1 additional guest - Studio#4: 1 bunk bed with queen-size top and bottom bunks that can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably - En suite bathroom with rain shower and hot-water heater in all 4 units - All the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (microwave, stove) for guest’s own prepared meals in all 4 units - In-room 40” smart TV in all 4 units - Hi-speed wifi for business travelers in need of reliable Internet access Guest access Outside of guest’s own apartment, we also provide a convenient lift for guest’s luggages, a relaxing Garden Lounge on the ground level, Snooker & Game Lounge on the second level, and Vintage Lounge with Thai Massage Room on the third level. By appointment, Thai massage, foot massage or aromatherapy massage by a certified professional masseuse can be arranged. And outside from guest’s own room terrace, smoking area is provided. Other things to note - Early Check-In: If there is no other guest check-out on your arrival day or other guest check-in on your departure day, you are welcome to an early check-in or late check-out at no extra charge if not more than 3 hours; otherwise, we would have to request for an extra half-day rate. - Luggage Storage: Guests are welcomed to leave luggage prior to check-in time or after check-out time at no extra charge. - Parking: Limited 1 parking space is available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Please notify us in advance. - Laundry: We do not have an in-house laundry facility but there is a laundry service at reasonable rate, in which guests can drop off in the morning and pick up the next morning.
