Located in the Calahonda Baja area, it has been completely renovated and designed to make it ideal for couples and families with children. From its magnificent terraces with 360º views of the ocean and the mountains and its south west orientation, you will be able to enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets. The complex is located in a very quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the beach and all the necessary amenities. The space Atico Paraíso is an incredible apartment that has two bedrooms with large double beds and high quality mattresses to give you the best rest. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and espresso machine. Living room with a large sofa and LED Smart TV with different applications such as Netflix and more than 200 international channels. High-speed 600mb wifi internet connection is included. There is heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. There are screens on all the windows. The bathroom is fully equipped and you will find all the necessary amenities. Atico Paraíso has access to the outside and sea views from all its rooms as it features a balcony in the bedrooms and a large terrace at the living room level with hammocks and a table with comfortable chairs. The jewel of Attico Paraíso is its large upper terrace accessed by a spiral staircase. Here you will find a large bathtub (cold water), a shower (hot water), a Bali bed, comfortable sofas and dining table to enjoy the summer and the sun. Guest access The complex has a large community pool and large landscaped areas. We have an exclusive private parking space for our guests.
