Cozy summer holiday flat in Artur Gomec (Guvercin) for two, only 4 minutes walk to the beach, one double or two single beds, one bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. OUR HOUSE IS FOR TWO PEOPLE. The space The house is located by the sea in a private holiday estate that consists 4 bays. The area boosts with 4 beaches, several restaurants , beach bars, an open air cinema, supermarkets, pharmacy, fishmongers groceries, barbershop, beauty salon, artisanal coffee shop and a gelateria. The closest supermarket is in 12 minutes walk distance. The guest-house is located at the ground floor of a 2-story villa. It is 20 m² and has a separated patio/entrance. The house offers a step-free entrance, a bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds), a desk/table, chair, private bathroom (shower + toilet), a fully equipped kitchen (oven,toaster, cooker, kettle, large fridge-freezer, pans and plates, cutlery,glasses and mugs), loundry machine, TV, wifi, air conditioning, private terrace/entrance is fitted with coffee table, swing sofa and garden sofas. All the windows have mosquito-proof nets to let you keep the windows open at anytime of the day. The flat is in Artur-Guvercin bay and only 4 minutes (300 steps) walk to the beach and restaurants. Reach to the house from Edremit Airport takes about 18 minutes by private car/cab (cab costs approx 500 liras). Artur is also 2,5 hours drive away from Izmir.
