Single Room (WITHOUT AC)

Nice room, but with simple furnishings, but with everything basic necessary for a comfortable and quiet rest. Each guest will find a clean room with sheets and towels. Room with private bathroom. This room is cleaned every three days or when guests change, but it is checked over every day. If needed, towels are changed upon request. Room without: Air Conditioning, TV. Centralized heating and not 24 hours a day. It is NOT near the metro. The space Villa Letizia is a holiday home run by the Catechist Sisters of Sant'Anna, which has been welcoming pilgrims, religious tourists, groups and families for years. It is a place where you can rest well in the tranquility of the neighborhood, staying with friends in the common areas, garden, courtyard or praying together in the chapel. Other things to note Villa Letizia - Casa per ferie has central heating. The heating schedule is according to the regulations of the Municipality of Rome and at the scheduled times: evening from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Morning from 06:00 a.m. until 08:00 a.m. (possible modification according to any needs, but always according to the rules of the Municipality of Rome).
