All the rooms give an impression of peacefulness and discrete luxury, with a surprising authenticity for such a modern house. It comes from the nobility of the traditional materials used and from the balance between these noble textures and the clean lines of a very modern design.
The indoors patio with its ochre brick walls and its complex tiles with geometric patterns is the perfect example of this subtle blend. All the rooms largely open up on the exterior thanks to large French windows. Two indoors sitting areas offer two complementary atmospheres: the white and modern sitting room, and the Moroccan and coloured sitting room with numerous cushions and bench seats on the floor. Two outdoors sitting areas, one the patio and on the terrace, offer relaxations areas where everyone can rest peacefully or gather to enjoy the rare conviviality of holidays. The clean design dining room is resolutely modern. The five bedrooms all have a unique personality and open up on the outdoors. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the stunning Master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own terrace. The fifth bedroom has been built recently next to swimming pool, in a modern tent way (with bathroom and AC, ideal for teenagers or children to have their little cocon). They all have enchanting en-suite bathrooms, decorated with traditional Zellige in rich and intense colors, and equipped with spacious showers. The Master bathroom has a bathtub.
