We also offer a self-contained apartment right behind the main house (rented separately), ideal for extended family or friends. It’s accessed through a gate next to the main home and sleeps up to 3 guests: 1 x queen bed Option for lounge chaise or fold-out single bed The apartment includes a lounge, bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, private courtyard with BBQ, Foxtel, and Wi-Fi. It’s a great setup for families or groups who want privacy with the option to come together—especially around the spacious outdoor entertaining area. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information We welcome outside pets and offer a spacious undercover area that’s perfect for your furbabies. However, parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rate charged is for private, domestic use only. It does not cover the additional wear and tear, rubbish removal, cleaning, or maintenance that comes with events or commercial use. 🎵 Noise & Neighbour Consideration No excessive noise or disturbances. Outdoor music must be turned off by 10:00 pm. After 10:00 pm, only registered guests should be on the property. Please respect our neighbours—this is a family holiday rental. Any breach may result in immediate termination of the booking, loss of bond, and/or police involvement. 🏡 Host Access & Monitoring In the event of any reported disturbances, we reserve the right to attend the property or enter if necessary. 📈 Utilities for Long-Term Stays For long-term bookings, if water or electricity exceeds $1000 per quarter, the excess will be passed on to the guest. Please use power and water mindfully. These conditions are in place due to previous misuse, and we appreciate your understanding.
