This is a 2 floors traditional Skopelitian house located down the old town, 200m of the harbor, with fantastic view, in a very quiet neighborhood. Luminous and fully equipped, it's ideal for 4 persons, but can host 7 easaly !! A perfect place to explore the island! On the ground floor is the dinning/sitting room and the fully equipped kitchen. Two large windows opening on the wonderful view of the harbor, on the pretty place of Christo's church. On the first floor : an other sitting room, very freshwith an air conditioned unit, with a 2 persons bed/sofa, a large bedroom with cupbord for your clothes, TV st and air condition unit, a balcony with a table and stools, a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor : a bunk with cupboard for your belongings, a double bed room with air condition unit and, a nice tub-bathroom with the fantastic sea view. On the balcony, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped cubord up to the washbasin. A washing machine is available there too. A wonderful and very quiet neighborhood with fantastic sea view!!! The house is just 200m from the harbour, just up to all the shops, restaurants and cafe of the paralia. You just have to climb few skopelitian steps. If you have a rented car, you can easily park in the harbor free parking. The beach near the harbor has the blue flag!
