Walk to pubs, shops, and restaurants. The space Welcome to 'The Cottage' at The Coastal Collection, where you get two incredible properties in one booking! Experience the charm of a meticulously restored and renovated listed farm Cottage from the 1600s, alongside a delightful Tiny House The contemporary Tiny House annexe offers a stylish and compact space with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Please note the space isn't ideal for 8 adults sharing, more aimed at families with young children as the sleeping areas in the Tiny House are in crawl spaces, adding to its unique character. Both properties come together to provide an unforgettable experience. Relax and unwind in the Hot Tub, and enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in either the Cottage or the Tiny House. Located in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire, our accommodation offers a tranquil environment while being close to attractions like Blackpool. Nearby towns, beaches, and dining options are easily accessible. We kindly ask guests to read the listing and house rules to ensure the cottage meets their needs and expectations. The house price is based on the total number of guests, so please provide guest details when inquiring. For immediate answers to frequently asked questions, please refer to our FAQs under 'Other things to Note' below. We are situated in a quiet residential area and the Cottage is not a party house. It is designed for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. We have a noise monitoring system in the garden as recommended by the council and Airbnb to ensure the neighbours peace. The main cottage can accommodate 5 guests, and the Annexe can sleep 5 guests as well. ( please note the space isn't ideal for many adult guests due to bed size and the layout of the homes, more suited for families with young children). This is why we list at 8 guests. There is an option to just book just the main cottage, which sleeps up to 5 guests for a more budget friendly stay. Please note that there will be no access to the Tiny house annexe if you choose this option. Whether it is a private chef, private yoga class, in-house spa day, massages and pamper parties, cocktail making, or even just baloons, they have you covered! **Other Things to Note** - We have noise restrictions at this property due to its location in a residential area. Quiet times are in effect after 10pm to respect the neighboring residents. - Please read the house rules in full before booking to ensure suitability for your stay. Additionally, children must be supervised at all times. - To contact us, please make sure to download the Airbnb App. Our phone number is only to be used in emergencies. - Please be aware that due to the house's age of over 400 years and its thick walls, the internet connection can be slightly temperamental at times. We have installed the best WiFi available for the area and placed boosters in some plug sockets. In the event of connectivity issues, instructions for resetting the WiFi can be found in one of the drawers to the left of the oven but please note that internet access can’t always be guaranteed. As we’re not in a fibre-optic area, speeds can occasionally be slower, and service may be affected by weather or technical issues with local masts. While we do our best to maintain a stable connection, it’s outside of our control at times. If reliable high-speed internet is essential (for work, streaming, etc.), we recommend tethering to a mobile device as a backup option otherwise we would recommend booking another property. - The annexe sleeping on the mezzanine is crawl space only, and guests should be aware of this when booking. Access to the space requires climbing ladders. - The Cottage and garden is surrounded by old cobbled footpaths which can be uneven in places. Guests should be cautious if they have Mobility issues. - Please do not be alarmed if you see small cobwebs in corners and windows. The house's traditional materials and age make it difficult to completely eliminate them. However, please rest assured that the cottage is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom between each stay. - Please note that we are constantly updating, improving, and maintaining our homes. Occasionally, we may make changes to furniture, decor, hot tubs, and facilities before we have a chance to update the photos. We will make every effort to update them professionally as soon as possible. - Toiletries are not provided in the bathrooms due to economical reasons and guest preferences. - If you need to change your booking dates for any reason, we require at least 6 weeks' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the booking proceeding as originally scheduled. - Parking cars is at the owner's own risk, and the management will not accept any liability for accidents, damage, or loss. - We will not accept any personal liability for accidents that occur in the home or outdoor areas.
