Guest access Guests have the freedom to use all of the property, a discount can be given for use of only 1 bedroom. please enquire Other things to note We live opposite to the cottage and there will be large vehicles occasionally using the site, some road and traffic noise can be heard as we are roadside. Please take care to read house rules, and note there are three beds in the cottage, not four….a king bed sleeping two and two single beds. Due to damages during prior bookings, we no longer accept stag/hen/single sex parties…we cater for couples, professional and small family groups.
